Data controller

The controller is Lucid Passagefield Academy Co., Ltd., 88/2 Phra Samut Chedi District, Samut Prakan 10290, telephone 023851125, email hello@lucid-passagefield.click. Kanya Srisuk is the person who answers privacy requests.

What we collect

From the reservation form and from email or telephone we collect your name, email address, the class you ask about, a preferred date, an optional market name, and the message you write. If you pay a deposit we keep the amount, the date, and a receipt reference. We do not ask for identity-card numbers, brokerage logins, or account passwords on this site.

The site stores your cookie-banner choice in local storage on your browser under the key lucid-passagefield-cookie-consent. Server logs held by our host may include your IP address and the page requested, for security and for keeping the site available.

Why we use it

We use booking details to confirm a seat, print the right chart, take or return a fee, and reply to you. We use the banner choice to remember whether you accepted optional measurement. We use host logs to investigate abuse. The legal bases we rely on are steps toward a contract, our legitimate interest in running a small classroom, and consent where the banner asks for a choice.

Retention

Booking correspondence is kept for six years after the class, because Thai accounting practice and the possibility of a fee dispute make that period reasonable. Unanswered enquiries that never become a booking are deleted after twelve months. The banner choice stays in your browser until you clear site data. Host logs are kept for up to ninety days.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. A print shop may see a market name on a chart order and no other detail about you. Our host sees technical logs. If a Thai court or competent authority requires a disclosure, we provide what the order names.

International transfers

The academy and its classroom records are in Thailand. Email may pass through servers outside Thailand depending on your provider and ours. Typefaces on this site are requested from Google Fonts, which can involve processing by Google outside Thailand. If you write to us from another country, your message is still handled by us in Samut Prakan. We do not move student lists to a foreign marketing bureau.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of the personal information we hold, ask for a correction, ask us to delete enquiry records that we no longer need, or object to a use based on legitimate interest. You may withdraw consent for optional measurement by clearing the stored banner choice; that withdrawal does not affect a class you have already booked. To use these rights, email hello@lucid-passagefield.click. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee in Thailand.

Children

Classes are arranged for adults. If we learn that a message came from a child, we delete the enquiry and do not hold a seat.
