Terms of study

Acceptance

You accept these terms when you pay a deposit, pay a fee, or take a seat after we have confirmed your place by email or telephone. Reading the site alone does not create a class booking. A booking exists when we name the date and you pay the amount stated for that class.

The academy

Lucid Passagefield Academy Co., Ltd. is a company established in Thailand in 2017. Classes are taught in person by Kanya Srisuk or Wichai Boonma, or by a substitute we name in writing if one of them is ill. The substitute will be a person who has already taught in this room.

What a booking includes

Your fee covers the hours, the teacher, and the materials listed on the class page. The Planning Desk and the Saturday clinic include one printed chart. The study circle expects you to bring your own. A private sitting includes review of one chart.

Intellectual property

Planning sheets, printed layouts, and the sequence of the six evenings belong to the academy. You may keep the paper you wrote on and the chart you were given, and you may copy your own notes for your personal study. You may not sell those sheets, republish the evening sequence, or present the academy’s blank forms as your own product. Your market observations, written in your hand, remain yours.

Conduct in the room

Seats are for adults. The room holds a fixed number of people, and a guest without a booking will be asked to wait outside. Recording the evening needs Kanya’s agreement before the class starts. Insults toward another student end the evening for the person responsible, without a refund of that single evening if the disruption was theirs.

Your own market decisions

Teaching covers how to mark support and resistance and how to write a weekly plan. Orders, accounts, and relationships with brokers stay with you and your own firm. The academy does not place trades and does not manage money. Outcomes in the market after class are yours to weigh.

Liability

The academy is responsible for holding the class with reasonable care, in a room that is safe to sit in, with the materials promised. We are not liable for losses you may have in a market, for travel costs if you miss a bus, or for decisions you make from your own notes. Nothing in these terms removes liability that Thai law does not allow a contract to remove, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Fees and changes

Fees are those published on the fees page on the day you book, unless a written quote says otherwise. If we change a date, we offer another date or the refund described on the refund page. If you change a date, the refund page applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes that we cannot settle by letter will be brought in the Thai courts that have jurisdiction over Samut Prakan, unless a mandatory consumer rule gives you a different court.
