Refunds, cancellations, and empty chairs

Planning Desk

The deposit is 4,000 THB and counts toward the 18,500 THB fee. If you cancel seven or more days before evening one, we return the deposit in full. If you cancel three to six days before evening one, we keep the deposit and return anything else you have already paid. Inside three days, or after evening one has started, the fee is kept, because the chart has been printed and the seat cannot be offered again with fair notice.

You may move your seat to the next cohort once, if you ask at least seven days before evening one and a seat exists. A second move is treated as a cancellation.

Private sitting

There is no deposit. Cancel or reschedule at least one full weekday before the sitting and you owe nothing, or we move the hour. Later cancellation, or a no-show, keeps the 4,200 THB if you have already paid, because that hour was held empty. If you have not yet paid, the missed hour is simply closed and you may book another.

Saturday clinic

Cancel four or more days before the Saturday and the 3,600 THB is returned in full. Cancel inside four days and we keep the fee, unless we can fill the place from the waiting note, in which case we return the fee minus nothing: the full amount goes back if the chair is filled. A no-show is treated as a late cancellation.

Study circle

A single evening is refunded if you cancel at least forty-eight hours before 19:00. Later than that, the 1,800 THB stays with the academy. A four-month place is refunded in full if you cancel before the first evening. After the first evening has been held, we do not refund the remaining months; you may ask, at least one day ahead, to send your page with another member. Missed Thursdays inside the four months are not credited.

If we cancel

If the academy cancels a class, you may take the next date or a full refund of what you paid for that class, including the deposit. We refund within fourteen days.

Work already started and paper already printed

Once evening one of the desk has begun, the teaching has started and the fee is not refunded. Charts printed for your named market, and any extra weeks you ordered at 350 THB, are not refunded once they have left the print shop. Unused blank planning sheets have no separate price.

Method and time

Approved refunds are paid to the same channel you used, by bank transfer in Thailand when we have an account number, or back to the card if a card was used. We do not send cash by post. Processing takes up to fourteen days after we confirm the refund in writing.

Deposits and no-shows

Only the Planning Desk uses a deposit. A no-show without a message is treated as a late cancellation under the rule for that class. Illness with a short note still follows the same clocks; write as soon as you can so we can offer the chair to someone on the waiting list.
